As a Product Quality Optimisation & Cost Out Specialist (m/f), you will:
- Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost-out programmes.
- Work directly with Manufacturing and Product Leadership to evaluate product enhancement and cost optimisation opportunities.
- Coordinate engineering teams in executing continuous improvement and cost-out actions.
- Manage engineering change processes (ECR/PCB) and track implementation progress.
- Facilitate workshops and events to generate actionable improvement ideas.
- Monitor and report on improvement KPIs
To be successful in this role you will:
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Solid experience in continuous improvement, cost optimisation, or Lean Six Sigma roles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with change management systems and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
