The Role:
As a Content Writer for Stenn, you will play a critical role in creating compelling, informative, and engaging content that speaks to our target audience in the trade finance and fintech industries. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to craft content that builds brand authority, drives engagement, and aligns with our overall marketing strategy.
This role requires a passion for storytelling, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of content marketing, especially in B2B fintech sectors. The ideal candidate should be adept at producing a wide variety of content, from blogs and case studies to whitepapers and eBooks, all while optimizing for SEO and driving customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs and challenges of Stenn’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in India and contribute to developing an India-focused content strategy.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content that includes blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and more to resonate with importers/exporters engaged in international trade.
- Ensure all content aligns with our editorial standards and maintains a strong, consistent brand voice.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date, particularly in the Indian trade finance and fintech sectors.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
- Stay informed of industry trends in trade finance, fintech, and eCommerce in India, and incorporate these insights into content creation.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that supports lead generation and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to continuously refine content strategy and improve results.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure the timely delivery of content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in B2B content creation, with a focus on fintech or trade finance.
- Proven ability to write for technical audiences, particularly in finance, trade, or eCommerce sectors.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and experience using content management systems (CMS).
- Strong research skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear and concise content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A journalistic background is a plus, especially for crafting engaging narratives and in-depth insights.
- Knowledge of the Indian trade finance, fintech, and eCommerce landscapes, including current trends and challenges.
- Experience using content analytics tools to measure performance and inform content strategy is desirable.
