The Content Strategy Manager will lead content initiatives for enterprise clients, overseeing strategy, editorial direction, and client engagement to produce high-impact digital content.
We are hiring a Content Strategy Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-impact thought leadership and digital content initiatives for enterprise clients. This role combines content strategy, editorial development, and client partnership, ensuring that strategic narratives and content assets drive both brand authority and measurable engagement.
You will work closely with clients and internal creative teams including writers, editors, designers, and strategists to shape compelling stories and bring complex enterprise topics to life across digital platforms.
RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Editorial Direction
- Partner with clients to define content strategy, messaging frameworks, and editorial themes.
- Lead the development of thought leadership, articles, whitepapers, and digital storytelling assets.
- Translate business goals into compelling content narratives for enterprise audiences.
Content Development & Execution
- Plan and oversee multi-channel content initiatives including web content, LinkedIn thought leadership, reports, and campaign assets.
- Work closely with writers, editors, designers, and video teams to ensure high editorial quality.
- Review and refine content to maintain clarity, brand voice, and strategic alignment.
Client Partnership
- Act as a trusted client advisor on content strategy and storytelling opportunities.
- Lead discussions around content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign messaging.
- Present strategic ideas and guide clients through the content development process.
Project Leadership
- Manage timelines, workflows, and production schedules for content projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are produced on time and to a high standard.
- Identify opportunities to expand content initiatives and deepen client engagement.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in content strategy, editorial roles, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
- Strong background in writing, editing, or content development for digital platforms.
- Experience developing thought leadership, long-form articles, or B2B content.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with writers, editors, designers, and marketing teams.
- Experience working in agency or client-facing environments is highly preferred.
