At Adobe, our Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team combines the strengths of 2000+ Sales and Customer Support agents to deliver intelligent, personalized, and seamless experiences. Our focus is on using data and advanced technology to anticipate customer needs, reduce friction, and create long-term value for our customers, employees, and business.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Content Manager to lead our outreach campaigns, driving engagement through high-quality, targeted content. This role requires a mix of content creation, performance measurement, and campaign optimization to support our ATC (Attempt to Connect) strategy. The ideal candidate will create or source compelling content tailored to various products, industries, and personas, ensuring effective audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for outreach campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various outreach initiatives, including email sequences, blogs, whitepapers, industry-specific case studies, sales enablement materials, video outreach, LinkedIn InMails, and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft messaging that resonates with different customer segments.
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers when needed to scale content production.
- Measure campaign performance based on key metrics such as engagement, response rates, and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize content strategies based on performance data and customer feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 + years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content for different personas.
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS products, or technology industry is preferred.
- Understanding of outreach strategies, email marketing, video content creation, and audience engagement techniques.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with creative agencies or freelancers is a plus.
