ERM is actively seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Data Analyst. As part of the Global Commercial team, the successful candidate will work closely with commercial and operational business leaders to translate complex data into meaningful commercial insights and support a wide-range of analytical functions to help achieve ERM’s financial goals. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and grow within a dynamic, data-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Builds advanced knowledge of ERM financial, commercial and operational data sets.
  • Leverages the appropriate tools and applications to generate data validations to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data sets.
  • Leverages the appropriate tools and applications to resolve data integrity issues, or process periodic updates, in an efficient, timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance metrics across commercial areas.
  • Builds solid working relationships with ERM internal business partners to assist in the data development and management process.
  • Effectively tracks and monitors data integrity issues from identification through resolution. Develops and documents best practices for data management processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dives into commercial data to address specific business questions and deliver actionable insights
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Finance or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience with data management processes (data sourcing, architecture, cleansing, and prepping).
  • Strong skills in data analysis, with experience in handling large datasets and working with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience managing and developing Dashboards with Power BI a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical data clearly and concisely
  • Goal driven and resourceful; able to meet tight deadlines and produce high quality work.
  • Team orientated with excellent communication skills.
