The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions for Life Sciences, supporting client engagements, and driving analytics capabilities through collaboration and innovative practices.
Role Overview
We are looking for a solution-oriented Life Sciences Analytics Consultant to strengthen Lingaro’s Commercial Analytics Practice. This role is ideal for someone who excels at end-to-end solutioning — from framing complex Life Sciences business problems and defining analytical approaches, to shaping scalable analytics products that can be deployed across brands, markets, and regions.
The role combines billable client delivery, pre-sales solutioning, and sales support, with a strong emphasis on reusable, industrialized solutions rather than one-off analyses.
Key Responsibilities
Own Solution Design & Architecture
Lead the solutioning of Life Sciences analytics use cases, including:
Commercial performance and launch analytics
Sales force effectiveness & field force productivity
HCP targeting, segmentation, and coverage models
Patient, prescription, and demand analytics
CRM, omnichannel, and engagement effectiveness use cases
Define end-to-end solution blueprints: data inputs, metrics, analytical logic, outputs, and business actions.
Deliver Billable Client Work
Actively contribute to billable client engagements, with clear ownership of solution design and analytical logic.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and are adopted by commercial teams.
Balance delivery execution with solutioning, pre-sales, and capability-building activities.
Translate Life Sciences Business Problems into Scalable Analytics
Work closely with client commercial, medical, and analytics stakeholders to frame business questions and success criteria.
Convert business needs into clear analytical requirements that can be industrialized.
Ensure solutions are actionable, compliant, repeatable, and scalable across markets.
Support Pre-Sales & Sales Processes
Play an active role in pre-sales and sales support, including:
Shaping solution approaches and architectures for client opportunities
Developing POVs, demos, and solution narratives
Supporting RFPs, proposals, and effort estimations
Partner closely with sales and account teams to translate client needs into compelling analytics solutions.
Contribute to client meetings by articulating how analytics drives measurable commercial impact.
Drive Industrialization & Reusability
Build and maintain reusable Life Sciences accelerators, KPI frameworks, and analytics templates.
Standardize metrics, logic, and solution patterns to enable faster go-to-market and consistent quality.
Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure solutions are production-ready.
Partner with Delivery & Technology Teams
Act as solution owner during delivery, ensuring alignment between business intent and technical implementation.
Review analytical logic, dashboards, and outputs to guarantee business and scientific relevance.
Support testing, validation, and rollout of solutions.
Build Life Sciences Analytics Capability
Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
Support internal initiatives (e.g. innovation, hackathons, thought leadership) where relevant to Life Sciences growth.
Required Experience & Skills
Domain & Solutioning Experience
5–7 years of experience in analytics consulting, Life Sciences analytics, or commercial excellence roles.
Strong experience designing Life Sciences analytics solutions such as:
Sales force effectiveness & incentive analytics
HCP segmentation and targeting
Launch and demand analytics
CRM and omnichannel effectiveness frameworks
Proven ability to move from business problem → analytics design → scalable solution.
Experience working with Life Sciences datasets such as sales, prescription, engagement (e.g. IQVIA, CRM, Veeva, etc.)
Analytics & Technology Foundation
Experience working with Life Sciences data (sales, prescription, CRM, engagement).
Comfortable defining KPI logic, data transformations, and analytical workflows.
Hands-on exposure to analytics and BI tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics product concepts is a strong plus.
Consulting & Communication Skills
Strong solution storytelling and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to balance delivery, pre-sales, and internal contribution.
