The consultant will implement and support Oracle PPM Cloud modules, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, training users, and managing multiple projects.
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle PPM Cloud modules across multiple projects. This includes full-cycle project execution from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, go-live support, and end-user training.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and support implementation and support activities for Oracle PPM Cloud projects (onsite/offshore).
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design business process flows.
- Configure Oracle PPM Cloud modules based on client needs.
- Prepare project documentation using Oracle Unified Method - OUM methodology, test cases, training materials, etc.
- Train end users and provide post-go-live support.
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects and be flexible with changing business priorities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
- Travel to client sites if the project demands.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 4 full-cycle implementations of Oracle PPM Cloud modules with hands-on configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of Oracle PPM modules such as Project Financials, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Grants Management.
- Experience in integration touchpoints with other Oracle Cloud modules like Financials, Procurement, and Time & Labor.
- Proficient in documentation, issue resolution, and change management processes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and best practices.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS Projects and Financials modules is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud certification is an added advantage.
