Responsibilities:
Enterprise Cloud Platform - Operations
- Delivering continuous integration and continuous deployment to maintain delivery cadence in conjunction with teams utilising the platform,.
- Consulting on MYIP Initiatives solution(s) design and implementation to ensure end-to-end operability of solution(s)
- Delivering operational delivery automation and continuous improvement to build sustainable capabilities in conjunction with IT Operations.
- Delivering operational monitoring of components through integrated solutions
- Ongoing operational improvements and requirements gathering with the EBRD Enterprise Cloud platform team and development teams.
- Representing changes in change management in collaboration with the Enterprise Cloud Platform team
- Maintaining the end-to-end service delivery cycle
- Building reusable and scalable solutions
- Lead investigations to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using a variety of techniques.

Collaborate with other Enterprise Cloud Platform team members and other development teams
Location & Support Hours:
Location – Offshore, India
Support Hours: 24x7x365 Rotational Shift as agreed with the Enterprise Cloud Platform Service Lead
Supplier resources shall be expected to participate in providing 24x7x365 support. The resources shall participate in a 5-day shift within a 7-day weekly rota. This shall include 2 days on Weekends (Sat-Sun) and include UK bank holidays.
Supplier resource shift patterns will typically be as follows (and includes a 1-hour break) and subject to change:
Morning: 08:00 – 17:00
Evening: 16:00 – 01:00
Night: 00:00 – 09:00
