As a Client Technical Onboarding Senior Associate within the Global Corporate Banking team, you will onboard new and existing clients to products that use file transmissions and related connectivity channels. Job Posting Standards and Components.pdf You will guide clients through technical setup and testing for inbound and outbound files by gathering requirements, validating formats, coordinating testing, and supporting production migration and verification. You will work closely with Sales, Service, and Implementation partners, as well as Product, Connectivity, Operations, and Technology teams, to deliver a high-quality implementation experience. You will manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines while working independently with minimal supervision. Job responsibilities:

- Lead clients through technical onboarding for file-based and API connectivity, including setup, testing, migration, and verification.
- Gather, document, and validate client requirements, including file specifications and control needs.
- Analyze and validate file formats (for example, JSON, ISO 20022 XML, NACHA, EDI X12, and flat files).
- Establish test environments, execute file testing, coordinate back-office testing, and track results through resolution.
- Explain test outcomes and defects clearly to clients and internal partners, and drive next steps to closure.
- Prepare implementation documentation, including statements of work outlining options, scope, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project status, risks, and issues using approved tracking tools and repositories.
- Support production migration and production verification, coordinating across production teams and providing timely updates.
- Serve as an escalation point for client-impacting issues and drive structured issue resolution.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and own initiatives to improve onboarding quality and efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Client-facing experience with strong client service skills.
- Experience implementing complex connectivity solutions (for example, EBICS, SWIFT FIN, SWIFTNet FileAct, host-to-host, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and APIs).
- Hands-on expertise with payment and reporting file formats (for example, JSON, ISO 20022 XML, NACHA, EDI X12, and flat files).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to diagnose file and testing issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize effectively, and deliver to timelines.
- Effective issue identification, severity assessment, escalation, and end-to-end ownership through resolution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with broader deal and project teams.
