Acts as the CEO’s right hand, translating company priorities into operating plans, tracking owners and deadlines, analyzing commercial and operational performance, and running leadership rhythms. Owns cross-functional project delivery, process redesign, decision tracking, and executive materials. The role requires strong program management, analytical and financial understanding, influence without authority, structured communication, and independent execution.

The role
This is the CEO's right hand on business. You turn company priorities into plans with owners and deadlines, keep cross-functional work moving, and provide the key numbers, the memory and the track record of what's been decided and done. You will be close to every decision that matters, and you'll be expected to have a view on it.
What you'll own
- The operating plan. Translate company targets into a tracked plan: target actions, owners, deadlines, follow-ups. At any moment you know where each number stands and how to check it quickly with the team.
- Key numbers. Go deep into commercial and operational data: margin, volumes, client portfolios, pipeline, cost base. Read it, challenge it, bring the CEO suggestions rather than reports.
- A leadership board. Build and run one live view of projects and commitments across all functions so nothing gets lost.
- Company-level rhythms. The weekly and monthly cadence, leadership meetings that end in decisions rather than discussion, and follow-through that doesn't depend on reminders.
- Process redesign. Commercial flow, quoting, client handovers, escalations across Sales, AM/CSM, Carrier Ops, Finance, Legal and Tech.
- Cross-functional projects end to end. Problem, solution, delivery, measured effect. May include organizational work: function design, key hires, onboarding.
- CEO-level materials. Decks, one-pagers, partner and investor materials, negotiation prep.
What we're looking for
- Strong project and programme management: several parallel tracks driven to closure
- Analytical depth: comfortable in BI and spreadsheets, reads a P&L, holds the logic behind the numbers rather than the format
- Ability to reach team and leadership without formal authority
- Direct, structured written and oral communication
- Self-starter
- Business-fluent English; Russian for internal work will be a plus
Strong advantage
- Telecom / A2P messaging background (corporate, consulting, PMO or CoS profiles from other industries are also welcome where the analytics and independence are strong)
- Hands-on with automations: HubSpot, Notion, Power BI, Superset
- AI as a working tool and a skill — you use it daily and can build agents around real tasks: reporting, follow-ups, data prep, routine coordination
