· Job Summary:
1. managing all accounting activities of both the financial and
management accounts of the company. prepare financial data and performance
reports, assist departments with annual budget and reviews, and handle internal
control and tax studies.
· Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of
goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management,
budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
2. Supervises and participates in the preparation
of financial statements and reports
3. Enters or directs the entry and maintenance of
accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
4. Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers,
accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and
operating expenses, and insurance records.
5. Directs, conducts, and/or participates in cost
analyses and rate studies.
6. Prepares statements and reports of estimated
future costs and revenues.
7. Review of accounting and administrative
controls.
8. Establishes system controls for new financial
systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
9. Coordinates preparation of external audit
materials and external financial reporting.
10. Reviews financial statements with management
personnel.
11. Manages the deployment and maintenance of new
accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related
procedures and controls.

Requirements
· Educational /Licensure:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or a
similar field.
2. Minimum 3+ years experience working as Chief accountant or same
· Professional
Experience:
7.2 Min 8-10 years relevant experience in financial & management
accounting
Specialized
knowledge:
8.0 Punctual,
reliable and must have strong communication skill
8.1 Expert in the
computer ledger system
8.2 Advanced
knowledge of excel and familiar with SAP 6.0 plus
8.3 Able to
function in a team and possess the strong problem-solving skill
8.4 CPA
certification preferred
8.5 Strong
financial accounting experience and public accounting experience preferred
8.6 Excellent
communication and presentation skill is required
8.7 Expert handling
large ERP and reporting packages
