About this RoleThis is a force multiplier role. You will work directly with the CEO to unblock, accelerate, and ship things that matter. If something important exists and nobody owns it yet, it becomes yours.
What you’ll actually doStep into cross team projects and push them to completion when ownership is unclear
Run market research for new product bets and validate hypotheses before we invest time or money
Help shape and launch new initiatives such as Studios from idea to execution
Spot gaps, inefficiencies, or blind spots before they become problems
3 to 5 years in high growth, high velocity startup environments
Experience working with a high agency founder
You’ve operated where speed mattered, priorities shifted often, and outcomes were expected fast
You move fast and think clearly under ambiguity
You ask uncomfortable but necessary questions
You can switch contexts quickly without losing depth
