The Oracle EBS SCM Techno Functional Analyst (Order Management focus) will provide global production support and implementation expertise across Oracle R12 SCM modules, including Order Management, Shipping, Service Contracts, Install Base, Advanced Pricing, GOP, and Inventory. This role requires close collaboration with business units to optimize processes, deliver enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with internal and external systems. The analyst will manage incident resolution, system configurations, user security, and reporting, while also contributing to new rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements. Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, and familiarity with Oracle documentation standards (MD50, MD70) are essential. Duties & Responsibilities:

Oracle EBS SCM Techno Functional Analyst

Order Management Techno Functional Analyst will be responsible for support to a community of Order Management, Shipping, Service Contracts, Install base, Advanced Pricing, Inventory users on a worldwide Oracle R12 platform, complete with multiple internal and external interfaces and custom programs. This position is also expected to contribute to implementation and rolling out of Oracle R12 solutions. You will partner with the business units to ensure the efficient use of technology and provide ongoing enhancements as the business changes or new functionality is introduced in the applications. Your success will depend on maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners to ensure the best use of technology to facilitate their business processes. This position requires an analytical mindset, accuracy and creative problem-solving skills.

• Must have Oracle R12 Order Management, Shipping, Service Contracts and Install Base, Advanced Pricing, GOP, Inventory, modules implementation experience.

• Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users

• Analyst will partner with business units to ensure efficient use of application and help enhance application

• Responsible for understanding the current process, identify and deliver service improvements

• Should be able to configure new org structures whenever required

• Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for new and existing solutions.

• Anticipate and remediate problems spanning the full range of Oracle SCM applications and their integration points; manage Oracle Support SRs as well as internal users’ support requests.

• Own the Oracle SCM user security function, also fulfill requests for ad hoc Oracle SCM information.

• Support bi-directional interfaces with third parties and act as liaison with Oracle SCM-facing vendors.

• Test or lead testing initiatives in connection with the rollout of new SCM solutions

• Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional requirements.

• May work with the internal managed services team on upgrades and enhancements.

• Complete business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Production Support and Support to Month, Quarter and year end closure process.

• Assist in the implementation of new Oracle SCM products and Oracle-based solutions (e.g. integration with third parties)

• Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations

• Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes
• Support reporting requirements and functionality.

• Must have understanding on technical architecture of Oracle SCM Modules.

• Should be capable of writing queries and PLSQL code based on business requirements.

• Should be well versed with the functional and technical documentations standards of Oracle EBS like MD50, MD70 etc. documents.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 10+ years of experience as a business analyst
• A minimum of 5 years of production support/implementation experience with Oracle SCM modules – OM, INV, iStore, Adv Pricing, GOP, TCA architecture
• Knowledge of Oracle O2C and Service to Invoice process and its integration with CRM
• Should have good knowledge of form personalization
• Understanding set-up/configuration/administration areas to support current service portfolio.
• Must have excellent communication skill
• Must be a self-starter
• Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
• Must be a team player and able to interact well with all users, peers and executive management
