As a Business Operations Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, driving operational efficiency and success. Your role involves supporting Service Delivery Orgs, analyzing performance data, and preparing materials for presentations and meetings. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and guidance to Service Delivery Orgs, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Track and interpret performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare and deliver engaging S&D team presentations, communicating key insights and strategies.
- Assist with all-hands meetings, coordinating activities and ensuring a well-organized agenda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and maintain seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and requirements for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, with a preference for technology or telecommunications industry experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
