Position Summary You will lead commercial activities across an assigned territory in India to grow our business and improve patient care. You will work closely with field colleagues and cross-functional partners to design and deliver clear territory plans. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and bring practical field insight into local strategy. We value curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and deliver territory plans that meet commercial goals and support better patient care. - Build and maintain trusted professional relationships with healthcare providers and local stakeholders. - Share clear, balanced scientific and clinical information to support informed care decisions. - Plan and run local educational activities and events aligned to business and medical priorities. - Use field data and customer insight to create action plans, track progress, and adapt activities to meet targets. - Collaborate with colleagues across sales, medical and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies and follow laws and company policy. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field. - Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage. - Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders. - Comfortable using common digital tools such as Word and Excel, and willing to learn CRM and other digital platforms. - Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel regularly within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or related field roles. - Experience planning and delivering local medical or educational events. - Ability to analyse market and customer data and translate insight into practical plans. - Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems. - Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills. - Openness to continuous learning and collaborating across functions.
