Responsibilities -- Work closely with our tech, design, and leadership teams to create solutions that match what our customers need.
- Chat with potential customers, understand their business challenges, and explain how Pump can make their lives easier and save them money.
- Outbound through various channels including email, cold call, LinkedIn, etc.
- Show why our tech is valuable, whether you're talking to tech experts or those new to it all.
- Understand our product roadmap and make sure our solutions align with what our clients are looking for.
- Keep strong ties with key customers. Be the bridge between customers and our teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
