Business Development in Recruitment Operations

Build, test, deploy, and support Finance End User Computing automations on governed platforms. Translate requirements into reliable Python-based solutions, contribute technical feasibility and effort estimates, produce documentation and test evidence, and implement post-release fixes. The role requires Python, Pandas, Excel, data preparation, visualization, analytics, AI-assisted remediation, generative AI, prompt engineering, Alteryx, and knowledge of finance data systems.

Manages strategic enterprise customer relationships, onboarding, training, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Partners with account executives, solution engineers, and internal teams to align Datadog’s observability and security platforms with customer goals. Monitors usage trends, identifies renewal risks and growth opportunities, serves as a trusted advisor, and supports customer loyalty and advocacy.

Manage strategic projects from initiation through delivery, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Track progress, risks, and reporting while facilitating governance meetings and senior leadership updates. Prepare executive presentations and synthesize business performance, project updates, KPIs, and transformation milestones into data-driven narratives. Partner with senior stakeholders across business, finance, operations, risk, technology, analytics, and BI teams, using dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
