Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Manager to oversee data-driven decision-making processes within our professional services firm. This role will be responsible for managing data pipelines, creating insightful reports, analysing business trends, responding to RFP questionnaires, and ensuring the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and contract templates. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
Accountabilities:
Pipeline Management: Maintain and optimize data pipelines entry to ensure seamless data flow across systems. In collaboration with BD and Partners & Principals, this role serves as the support for pipeline and data quality, including CRM data management, sales reporting and forecasting as requested.
Reporting & Visualization: Design and generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and business trends.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to support business strategies, identify efficiencies, and uncover opportunities for growth.
RFP Support: Respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) questionnaires by compiling relevant data and crafting data-driven responses. Support implementation and manage knowledge bank of an AI platform to ensure consistency and streamlining our process across H&S.
Process & System Improvement: Continuously update and enhance internal data processes (within Salesforce and PowerBI and other relevant systems and workflows) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Contract Template Management: Work with operations & contracts specialist to maintain and update commercial content in contract templates to ensure compliance and consistency.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, leadership, and external clients to provide data insights that drive decision-making. Coach and train relevant regional teams on data entry and revises input as needed to meet data standards
Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to best practices and industry regulations.

Qualification & Experience
5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within a professional services firm.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI and Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and contract management systems.
Strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. Persistent and resilient. Trained at objections management.
