ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY...

Iron Mountain is a leading organization in the field of records management and digital solutions. We are actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with expertise in Digital Sales/IT sales, particularly within the PSU vertical. Diversity background experience is highly valued.

YOU'LL GET TO…

  • Drive and support State Govt. Business in the West region to secure key new business opportunities from our existing pipeline.
  • Lead the process of acquiring new customers, retaining existing business, crafting proposals, negotiating major deals, and winning significant un-vended business.
  • Develop and maintain robust customer relationships with target accounts, leveraging multi-level representation and high engagement in customer liaison.
  • Seek out and secure new business opportunities, focusing on recurring and sustainable revenue streams for customers.
  • Negotiate and finalize favorable terms for Iron Mountain in all deals.
  • Ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality reporting in line with business requirements.
  • Adhere to all local SSHE requirements, Iron Mountain policies, and procedures.
  • Highlight the value of Iron Mountain's digital solutions by assessing customer challenges and opportunities, emphasizing our strengths, competitive pricing, customer satisfaction, and advantages within both existing and new accounts.
  • Achieve assigned Digital sales quotas and contribute to the overall team booking targets.
  • Collaborate proactively with regional RIM (Records Information Management) Sales and Account teams to identify and support digital opportunities from our existing customer base.
  • Drive revenue growth for Iron Mountain's Digital solutions, exceeding individual quota assignments across both existing and new customer bases.
  • Adopt a consultative, value-based selling approach, working closely with Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to understand customer use cases and the benefits of Iron Mountain's Digital Solutions portfolio.
  • Be responsible for developing and managing the PSU pipeline and bookings within your assigned territory and/or account portfolio.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

  • Masters in Marketing/IB is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of solution selling experience, with a proven track record in sales roles.
  • Experience in selling digital solutions with established relationships in sectors such as banking, insurance, NBFCs, PSU, and hospitals.
  • Prior experience selling into Fortune 1000 companies, especially in highly regulated industries like Banking/Financial Services, Insurance, PSUs, Government, NBFCs, BFSI, and Energy.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and activity-based sales processes is desirable.
  • Proven ability to shape and close deals, positioning digital solutions effectively across large, complex accounts.
  • Experience in managing large process outsourcing, migrations, and digitization projects is a plus.
