- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EPC, infrastructure, industrial, and construction sectors.
- Meet EPC contractors, project consultants, government departments, builders, and industrial clients to promote company products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct field visits to project sites and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, leads, and sales activities in CRM or sales reports.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
- 2–6 years of field sales experience in the EPC/Construction/Infrastructure/Industrial sector.
- Experience dealing with EPC contractors, project procurement teams, consultants, and government departments.
- Strong understanding of project sales and tender-based business is preferred.
RequirementsQualification
- B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) preferred.
- Diploma holders with relevant EPC sales experience may also apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of EPC project cycles and procurement processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license (preferred).
