Business Development Executive – Channel Partner Acquisition - Remote

Identify and engage real estate professionals in Bengaluru to recruit channel partners. Conduct LinkedIn, social media, phone, and WhatsApp outreach; assess prospects, generate qualified leads, manage follow-ups, schedule virtual meetings with senior leadership, maintain outreach records, and track conversion activity against targets.
This is a remote position.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to build and expand our network of channel partners in Bengaluru.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify and connect with professionals working in the Real Estate industry, including real estate agents, property consultants, brokers, and other relevant professionals, through LinkedIn, social media, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other suitable channels.
The candidate will introduce our company and explore their interest in working with us as Channel Partners. Once a potential partner shows interest, the candidate will coordinate and schedule a virtual meeting with our senior team to discuss the partnership model, commercials, benefits, and other details.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a database of potential channel partners in the Bengaluru real estate market.
- Research and connect with real estate professionals through LinkedIn, social media platforms, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Initiate conversations and introduce our company and channel partner opportunity.
- Understand the potential partner's business profile and assess their suitability.
- Generate interest and convert prospects into qualified channel partner leads.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Schedule virtual meetings between interested prospects and the senior team.
- Coordinate with the senior team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain proper records of outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and meeting status.
- Track daily/weekly outreach and conversion activities.
- Continuously explore new ways to identify and engage potential channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with real estate professionals.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Telecalling, Channel Partner Acquisition, Sales, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in real estate, channel sales, B2B sales, or lead generation will be an advantage.
- Experience in reaching out to professionals through LinkedIn/social media and phone calls is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and handling cold outreach.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Good follow-up and lead management skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and CRM/lead-tracking tools.
- Should be comfortable working with targets and maintaining regular activity reports.
- Candidates based in Bengaluru are preferred, with a good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market.
