Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business operations, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Additionally, you will support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals to support strategic initiatives. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
