Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards from scratch using complex calculations and LOD expressions.
Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform strategic decision-making.
Review, validate, and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of deliverables produced by Business Analysts.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to Business Analysts, supporting best practices in analysis and visualization.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Proactively communicate insights, recommendations, and assumptions to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in planning activities, needs analysis, and risk assessments to support program objectives.
Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations during monthly and quarterly program review sessions.
Champion process improvements and support the implementation of new analytical approaches and ideas.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including experience in a senior or lead capacity.
Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including LOD calculations and complex dashboard development.
Demonstrated experience reviewing, supervising, or mentoring other analysts and ensuring quality standards.
Strong experience working with large, complex data sets and translating them into executive-level insights.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
