We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, Python (advanced preferred), and an ability to derive actionable insights is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational
efficiency. Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis.
Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance.
Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights.
Statistical and Predictive Modeling: Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide Decision-making.
Problem-Solving: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to define and
execute business strategies.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced knowledge
preferred).
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
Effectively.
Work Ethic: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced
environment.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
