Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the ServiceNow product enhancement roadmap (App Engine/CSM, Flow Designer, tables, roles/ACLs, Performance Analytics, update sets, release management)
  • Understanding and documenting business requirements and providing technically feasible solutions for them
  • Manage and maintain the backlog, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT validation etc
  • Hosting the daily standup call with development team and working on grooming and refining the user stories and following other Scrum ceremonies
  • Business process design: mapping complex, cross-functional workflows; SLAs; approval chains; handoffs; change management
  • Data and measurement: defines KPIs, builds dashboards, uses data to prioritize and iterate
  • Governance mindset: documentation, version control, audit trail, least-privilege access
  • Working closely with the business stakeholders to understand their business problems and challenges and articulate ideas to solve them through technical solutions in ServiceNow or through projects done via Business Transformation portfolio
  • Support Business stakeholders with reporting and dashboards in ServiceNow
  • Lead Team to achieve Business Objectives through technological intervention
  • Contribute to all aspects of planning, analysis, design, and development of business management and analytics solutions
  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask and manage many simultaneous projects and last-minute emergencies to meet deadlines while still maintaining solid attention to detail
  • Manage client and program engagements using governance models
  • Communicate results as well as their uncertainty and limitations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Acquire understanding of US Healthcare domain

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Product management or Product Owner is a Plus. (CSPO, CSM etc.)
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management or Project Management
  • 5+ years of experience of working with Scrum teams
  • 5+ years of experience working on Business transformation related projects
  • Experience working with stakeholders across geographical locations (US, UK, Ireland etc.)
  • Work experience in Agile or Scrum Methodology, should be familiar with Rally, JIRA etc.
  • Exposure to BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Excel, Power BI)
  • Working knowledge on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence would be good to have
  • Understanding of US healthcare Domain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team of individuals to drive solutions to Business Problem
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good level of maturity
  • Proven professional, service oriented, Proactive, and flexible
  • Proven excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • Proven excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven excellent problem-solving abilities
