What you need to know about this position:
Business Delivery (Net revenue & Profitability)
- Responsible for achieving brand volume, value, and profitability targets
- Deliver planned penetration & market share growth
- Track and analyze sales data, market share, consumer insights, and campaign effectiveness to derive actionable insights and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare and present regular business reviews to senior management
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment
Brand Activations:
- Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams of Sales, R&D, Finance and supply chain to develop breakthrough campaigns for Bournville in alignment with overall business objectives & brand vision
- Collaborate with Media & Ecom partners to strategize and drive breakthrough media & e-commerce activations & partnerships
- Lead the execution of marketing programs across all channels, including advertising, digital marketing, promotions, and in-store activations
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization through strong consumer centric approach
- Identify and plug PPA and portfolio gaps to address consumer needs
Drive the Integrated Business Planning process to achieve reliability and accuracy in business forecasts
- Partner with Demand Planning and CPA to build business forecasts as per the expected IBP timelines
- Execute activations plans as per calendar to maintain business forecasts
