Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify relevant government tenders and bid opportunities on the GeM portal and other government e-procurement platforms.
- Prepare, submit, and manage all necessary documents for bids and tenders within stipulated deadlines.
- Handle various bid types, such as Normal, Bunch, Reverse, and Custom bids.
- Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all processes and documentation adhere to GeM guidelines and government regulations.
Manage and maintain records of bids, orders, and other transaction-related documents. - Manage the end-to-end bid process
- Manage inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project management / delivery
- Present dashboards to senior sales leadership for ongoing bids status.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in sales reporting systems.

Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges that arise during the bid process to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
Bid Management Software: Proficiency in various bidding and proposal automation platforms and CRM systems is essential for managing the bid lifecycle.
Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are necessary for proposal writing, data analysis, and presentations.
Procurement & Supply Chain: Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management can be beneficial for understanding bid requirements and managing resources.
Legal & Compliance: Understanding legal frameworks, contract management, and compliance requirements is vital for developing compliant bids.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a full-time Bid Management role within the IT services or similar industry. Experience in IT infrastructure and services, including networking, data centers, networking, and ELVs, AV-VC Solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal, Advanced Excel, MS Word and other RFP portals on customers websites.
- Complete knowledge of bid management process
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver concise, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with internal senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.
