B2C Game Launch Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Part-Time B2C Game Launch Operations Specialist to support game launch readiness across High 5 Casino. This role focuses on validating all incoming game releases before launch, ensuring titles are stable, configured correctly, and aligned with our social-friendly platform standards.

You’ll work closely with content management, product, operations, and provider teams to ensure every game release is player-ready across mobile and web.

What you’ll do

• Validate all new game launches before release across High 5 Casino
• Test gameplay flows to catch obvious bugs, broken states, freezes, missing assets, or UI issues
• Verify correct play amount ladders, denomination values, and configuration settings
• Ensure all social-friendly terminology is implemented correctly across game UI, paytables, and feature messaging
• Confirm provider naming conventions, jackpot labels, bonus features, and side mechanics display properly
• Check mobile and desktop presentation for scaling, clipping, responsiveness, and readability
• Document launch blockers clearly and escalate issues to internal teams 
• Maintain launch checklists and release trackers to support high-volume provider deliveries
• Help coordinate provider release batches and backlog clearing as needed.
  

What we’re looking for

• Experience in game testing, release validation, content operations, or digital product support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume launch environment
• Comfort validating both web and mobile game experiences
• Ability to spot configuration issues related to play amounts, terminology, metadata, and UI presentation
• Experience working with checklists, spreadsheets, issue trackers, and launch documentation
• Strong written communication skills for issue reporting and escalation
• Ability to manage repetitive workflows while maintaining accuracy and speed

Nice to have

• Experience in social casino, iGaming, sweepstakes casino, or mobile gaming
• Familiarity with provider-based game integrations
• Experience using Jira, CMS tools, spreadsheets, or release trackers
• Understanding of game economy settings, play ladders, and bonus feature validation
• Experience supporting high-volume content launches or release backlogs

Working hours

To support collaboration with US teams operating in Eastern Time, this role should align to one of the following India-based schedules:

• Option 1: Strong EST overlap
  6:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST
  (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET)
• Option 2: Earlier India schedule
  4:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
  (6:30 AM – 11:30 AM ET)

• 40–60 game launches validated each week within release timelines
• Critical launch blockers caught before player exposure
• Accurate play amounts, terminology, and metadata across all launches
• Smooth provider batch processing and backlog reduction
• Strong collaboration with content, product, and operations teams during launch windows
