Location: Gurugram, India (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do  

• Lead by example and develop your team members - help them grow, adapt, take on more responsibilities and own their share of the product.
• Be responsible for the team's deliveries – ownership of the QA part of the CI/CF flow 
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, DevOps and product managers to make sure the different requirements of the stakeholders are covered by QA. 
• This is a Hands on Position - Design, create and execute automation scripts using Java and Selenium. 
• Support, maintain, and enhance all test case automation-related activities during iterative development and regression testing. 
• Review user stories and functional requirements. 
• Assist with manual testing; execute manual test cases and scripts for products under development using test management/tracking tools.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, scenarios/scripts, in compliance with defined QA standards and methodologies. Working in scrum methodology. 

What We’re Looking For  

• B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering or equivalent experience. 
• At least 5 years of experience in leading QA/Automation development teams in a SAAS product. 
• Good understanding of SAAS continuous integration and continuous deployment, methodologies and practices. 
• At least 5 years of experience writing automatic tests in object-oriented programming: Java. 
• Experience in a manual QA position. 
• Experience in developing complex automation tests for client-side (Selenium), server-side (API) and DB. 
• Experience in QA of network security software products.
• Good understanding of Prompt Engineering principles
• Proven ability to effectively use AI chatbot tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for tasks such as test scenario creation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimisation 
• Experience working with AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) within a development environment.
• Proven ability to effectively use/develop AI Agents 
• Proven ability to effectively use/develop/configure MCPs 
• Multitasking and problem-solving abilities, context switching and "out-of-the-box" thinking abilities. 
• Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity. 
• Very organised, thorough and devoted. 
• Bright, fast learner, independent. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 

Nice to Have  

• Experience with developing MCPs 
• Experience with transforming a non-agentic system/SDLC into an agentic system/ SDLC 
• Experience with RAG pipelines and semantic search (vector databases) 
• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments 
• Experience working with AWS.
