About this opportunity:
Our company, Ericsson, a standout performer within the Information, Communication & Technology industry, is seeking a highly skilled, business-minded, experienced People Analytics Consulting Support Analyst. You will work with People Analytics Consulting team, other SMEs and People colleagues to deliver analytic solutions and contribute to the design, implementation, delivery, and communication of people analytics solutions to business. This position is part of our inclusive team, collaborating, learning and co-creating with analysts and leaders in the field to deploy coordinated people solutions that directly benefit the business.
What you will do:
• Partner with People Analytics Consulting Leaders, HR and business leaders to understand key talent challenges and develop analytics solutions to address them. • Analyse the key trends and patterns in the data to the story from the insights through dashboards, visualisations, and presentations.• Collaborate with stakeholder teams including data science, data engineering including data science, data engineering to improve the data and tool ecosystem supporting our people analytics strategy. • Perform data quality checks and document dashboard specifications, rules and others that are needed for data analytics developments.• Data analysis: Conducting basic statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the employee data. Storytelling with data: You will communicate the key insights with the right business context.
The skills you bring:
• Bachelor's full-time degree in HR, business Statistical, data science, or related and experience in Microsoft PowerPoint design tools and features. • 3-6 years of experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or related roles.• Product Development (Power BI/Snowflake)• Experience working on data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python or similar. Some experience in data modelling and engineering will be preferable.• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.• Stakeholder Management.• Good communication skills• Build automated reports and dashboards.• Advanced Excel
