[What the role is]

The Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC) Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). SGNIC Pte Ltd is committed to providing Internet registry and information services in an efficient, effective and reliable manner to enhance the security, stability and resilience of the Internet Domain Name System (DNS) infrastructure in Singapore, as well as to be a trusted outsource provider for telecommunications related operations.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to join The Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC) team in the fight against scams in Singapore. As part of one of IMDA's latest anti-scam initiatives, SGNIC has been appointed to operate and maintain a centralised SIM card database to further tighten SIM card registration processes and minimise criminal exploitation.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of Singapore's anti-scam efforts, taking ownership of telecommunications operator compliance, stakeholder relationship management, and regulatory submissions. You will work closely with telcos, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, drive service quality, and support the implementation of new policies and initiatives.

[What you will be working on]

• Oversee monitoring of telco/vendor compliance, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of records in the telco/vendor management database.
• Oversee the drafting and updating of SOPs, response templates, and documentation to ensure alignment across the team.
• Prepare briefing papers, presentations, and reports for management and regulatory submissions.
• Act as the escalation point for telcos, vendor, and internal stakeholders and to oversee public communications, including addressing public queries in a professional and timely manner

[What we are looking for]

• Background in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in telecom operations or vendor management.
• Experience in contract management or telco/vendor liaison roles will be a plus.
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, able to learn and work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in contract management or telco and vendor liaison roles will be a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and insights from operational data to support informed decision-making
