Qualification : BE Mechanical Engineering / similar
Industry experience : Minimum 5 ~ 8 years
Role and Responsibility -
- Creation of Technology Domain expertise and new project seeding for sales enablement to facilitate revenue growth.
- Support the sales function with background analysis and data preparation about competition to gain higher market share
- Empower the sales team with Industry ready presentations for strong product argumentation and positioning.
- Focus will be on implementation and coordination of our overall growth program.
- To promote the portfolio of organization in line with the Group guidelines.
- Sales support function thorough Market Analysis and Competition Analysis
- Increase the sales revenue via Sales push based on ready to use argumentations based on various aspects to WIN the customer.
- Strong technical knowledge of laser welding, laser cutting, laser marking / cleaning, laser hardening, laser cladding applications is primary requirement of this position
- Alignment with TIN management to comply with thought process on long term basis.
- Act and behave in line with the guiding principles of TRUMPF Group.
