This role will be accountable for the monitoring of the operational performance for the Unsecured Assessment team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure our operational colleagues serve both our external and internal customers effectively and efficiently. The role will provide visibility to the Unsecured Assessment team within PEB Operations who will complete the credit verification and assessment tasks of customer information for NAB originated products – credit cards and personal loans. Actively monitor inbound queues to ensure wait times remain within defined thresholds and dynamically reallocate resources to manage demand effectively. This role will be responsible for standardising operational reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency. This role will design and implement robust reports

Key Accountabilities

  • Delivery of coaching, workshops and training to ensure colleagues meet capability and
  • performance expectations
  • Responsible for execution of unsecured lending accreditation
  • Identify training gaps and design and deliver training interventions
  • Ensure all training records are maintained and kept up to date
  • Credit knowledge training and coaching to enable lenders to conduct informed,
  • professional customer conversations

Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in MI, Reporting and data visualisation, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract, analyse, and present insights in a meaningful and executive -ready format.
  • Resilience, effective Communication and Prioritisation skills.

Shift Timings - Login between (2 AM to 4 AM)
Work Mode - Initial 6 Months WFO
