Job Description
Performs and participates in application development and testing to apply continuous quality and testability of code throughout the software development lifecycle. Builds quality within the software development process with automated testing suites providing a comprehensive view from code quality to functionality. Uses quality paradigms to provide real time quality with use of automation and frequent regression testing. Designs / develops and maintains automation frameworks and automation test suites and scripts with continuous integration, testing, deployment and delivery. Conducts performance, load, security and service virtualization testing.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Software Engineering, Information Systems or other Technical degree; additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp - Professional experience with software testing, coding, designing, and developing
Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree - Software Engineering, Information Systems or other Technical degree

Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp - Experience developing automated testing strategies in a variety of environments and frameworks
What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
1. Over all testing experience min – 5 max 7
2. Hands on Functional Testing automation for Web as well as Rest API using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest-Assured, postman, JMeter, Blazemeter, Artillery, etc. Should be able to write frameworks from scratch – min 2 years
3. Should be a self-starter, knows how to work around dead ends, can pick something up on the fly
4. Good coding skill set (logical building of code) in Java
5. Must have worked on Source Code Management tools like Git, GitLab, Bitbucket
6. Experience in CI & CD environment setup/maintenance
7. Understanding of non-functional testing like performance and security
8. Very Good understanding of Manual testing concepts, and implementation as well
9. Understanding of Unit, Unit Integration Testing and testing tools like TestNg, Junit, Mockito
10. Must have can do attitude and manage end to end product/framework delivery
11. Understanding of Payment (Card) domain
12. Good communication skills
13. BE/BTech graduate
14. Understanding of Performance testing with Blazemeter/Jmeter
Good To Have:
• A good understanding of the payment domain
• Salesforce background would be preferrable
• Working experience with Jenkins, releases, CI/CD pipelines would be an added advantage
• Security testing
