Associate Program Manager - Scrum Master

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Scrum Master to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with Aristocrat.
Incumbent will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple Scrum Teams in Global IT function. The SM position educates and runs Scrum Teams using accepted Scrum practices and rules in a game development environment. The SM teaches and mentors associates and performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Total year of experience 6-10 Years.
• Good knowledge of Scrum and experience in leading multiple Agile teams.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, sprint review and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Publish matrix to measure success.
• Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
• Protect the team from outside distractions and interruptions to allow the team to focus on their work and deliver value.

• Ensure transparency so that the team's progress is transparent to all stakeholders. This includes maintaining a visible product backlog and burn-down chart.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.
