The Associate Principal Consultant, Product Owner will prioritize and maintain product backlog, translate business needs into user stories, and manage stakeholder communications, while leading Agile team activities for product delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 9+ years,
- Experience as Product Owner in Agile environments
- Must have Skills: Product Ownership, Product Planning and Roadmapping
- Good To Have Skills SAFe
- Strong experience in product backlog ownership, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
- Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, PRD/FRD
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence or similar tools
- Good understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Exposure to analytics, data-driven decision making, or AI-enabled products
- Domain experience in retail, sales execution, or field force automation
- Experience with mobile applications or digital platforms
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to product goals and roadmap
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog grooming and refinement sessions with engineering teams
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos
- Track delivery progress and proactively flag risks or dependencies
- Act as the first point of contact for feature-level clarifications during development
- Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness activities
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
