Yext is seeking highly-organized, motivated, technically-minded and hardworking Associate Platform Consultant to join the Yext Services team. The Associate Platform Consultant (APC) is a dynamic hybrid role that blends technical consulting, implementation expertise, and project management. In this position, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Yext solutions for our enterprise clients, serving as their primary technical partner throughout the journey. APCs translate business needs into scalable configurations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless implementation across the full Yext product suite.
This role is fully on-site in our Hyderabad, India office.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical face of Yext for assigned clients – understanding business goals and recommending best-fit solutions across the Knowledge Graph, Pages, Search, Reviews, Analytics, and Connectors (all Yext products).
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery—define and execute plans to turn client business goals and requests into functioning Yext solutions. This includes: requirements gathering, documentation, scope definition, sprint planning, cross-team coordination, QA, deployment, and post-launch validation.
- Own hands-on platform configuration and implementation – set up the Yext platform to support Client solution, including entity/data modeling, configuration updates, connector setups, data ingestion, data/pages/search experience QA, schema optimization, and search experience tuning.
- Act as the Technical Project Manager for all workstreams—creating timelines, tracking dependencies, escalating risks, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and client stakeholders.
- Run project execution using tools like Zendesk and JIRA – creating tickets, managing sprint cadence, reviewing deliverables, validating outcomes, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Lead UAT cycles – prepare/ follow test cases, gather client feedback, iterate with internal teams, and ensure the final solution meets business success criteria.
- Manage both recurring clients and one-time implementations – planning capacity, identifying risks, sequencing work, and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME)- on Yext’s platform capabilities, providing training, guidance, and best practices to clients and internal teams.
- Configure Yext using team best practices that accelerate a client’s digital performance related to search visibility and SEO trends, learning from senior teammates and developing ability to become a strategic expert over time
- Effectively escalate roadblocks with product, delivery process, or workflow gaps to manager to help drive continuity of servicing on assigned accounts..
- Deliver status updates, documentation, risk reports, and communication cadences to ensure clarity, alignment, and stakeholder confidence at all times.
What You Have:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical implementation, consulting, program management, or software delivery roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with data operations (Excel, CSVs, transformations)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in technical client-facing roles and stakeholder-management for software as a service companies
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments and demonstrated success working through ambiguous situations
- High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias toward execution
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, with effective interpersonal skills
- Determination and perseverance when faced with challenges
- Interest in technology, APIs, digital experience platforms, and SEO
- B Tech or MBA preferred but not required
- SQL and relational database familiarity is a plus
