Job Description
Support the management and execution of benefits and wellness programs to enhance employee well-being in a dynamic financial services environment. As an Associate, you will assist in shaping a culture of health and wellness, ensuring our programs are effective and engaging.
Job Summary:
As an Associate in the Benefits team, you will assist in the management and implementation of benefits and wellness programs, ensuring they align with company policies and meet employee needs. Your role will involve supporting strategic planning, data analysis, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement to foster a culture of wellness and benefits awareness.
Job Responsibilities:• Assist in the day-to-day management of benefits and wellness programs, including health centers, childcare, remote health services, and health checks.• Support the implementation and management of benefits programs, including medical insurance, voluntary insurance, and other employee wellness initiatives.• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support the design and launch of new programs, ensuring effective communication.• Help create and maintain dashboards for benefits and wellness products, analyzing key metrics like utilization and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.• Assist in identifying employee health and behavior trends across programs, correlating data points to support a holistic health and behavior profile of employees.• Coordinate relationships with external wellness and benefits vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with contracts.• Support the development of a performance scorecard for vendors, incorporating key SLAs and timelines, and assist in periodic performance reviews.• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders from different functions, both regional and global, to support the benefits and wellness agenda.• Promote participation in wellness programs and initiatives, serving as an ambassador within the organization.• Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote wellness and benefits programs and engage employees.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, Bio medicine, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a benefits and wellness role, in the Financial Services or Consulting industry • Understanding of wellness and benefits trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to support the development and implementation of wellness and benefits programs.• Experience in data-driven decision-making and program support.• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Adaptability and innovation in program support.• Ability to effectively support the delivery of business goals and returns on investment
