Job Title - Associate Inside Sales
Role Overview: New Business & Modernization
The Sales Specialist will work hands-on with customers in the field to provide services and support on both new and well-established accounts. This role will involve opportunities to meet new customers, work independently and earn additional income on an commission-based structure. You will report to the Branch Sales Manager who will provide you with access to mentorship, training growth and development opportunities across our highly resilient world changing business.
On a typical day you will:
Answering customer inquiries from different sources
Compiling a daily list of sales leads, Delegating leads to sales department. Providing sales data and guides to the sales department
Recording all sales details in an application
Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders.
Reviewing orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Mailbox management and clearing all email within 24 hours
- Graduates with 3-6 years with experience
- Have strong inter-personal skills,
- Critically think about opportunities for process improvement including through the use of technology, and take ownership of assignments and projects
- Excellent writing ability.
- Contractual language interpretation skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office,
- Ability to work towards tight timescales with high volumes.
- Excellent Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Clear communicator.
- Results oriented with the drive to complete a task/project.
- Responds positively to change.
