The Assistant Manager - Treasury will oversee borrowing processes, manage global transaction banking, ensure timely debt servicing, and collaborate with various teams for treasury compliance and audits.
· Manage borrowing processes including drawdowns and repayments and assist with renewal of credit facilities
· Maintain borrowing schedules, covenant compliance, and related treasury reports.
· Monitor interest and principal payments, ensuring timely servicing of debt.
· Involving in KYC process of banks, bank mandates, account opening, and closure of multiple countries, e-banking, admin activities
· Responsible for managing global transaction banking including US, UK & UAE
· Assist with providing details to credit rating agencies
· Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks including RBI reporting, FEMA guidelines
· Manage Fx settlements and ensuring MTM Settlements
· Track and forecast forex requirements in coordination with procurement and business teams.
· Assist in treasury audits, compliance filings, and internal controls.
· Collaborate with finance, accounts payable/receivable, and corporate finance teams to streamline treasury processes.
· Supporting Month end activities
