Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, codes and tests new CRM solutions, including supporting applications and interfaces
  • Support development activity in several DDS related projects, for internal and external customers
  • Develop and test infrastructure components in Cloud and Edge-level environments
  • Help deliver DDS services in multiple form factors
  • Monitor industry trends and identifies opportunities to implement new technologies
  • Manage the DevOps pipeline deployment model
  • Implement software in all environments
  • Leverage containerization models and works with other engineers and architects to keep the architecture current
  • Help enhance applications
  • Write high-quality code compliant with regulations
  • Be an Tier 3 support for incident handling and resolution
  • Collaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to define requirements

Knowledge, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field
  • Experience in systems development lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation
  • Experience with server-side architectures and containerization
  • Experience with CRM, Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate
  • Experience with javascript and SQL
  • Experience with APIs (REST and SOAP-based web services)
  • Familiarity with business concepts and impact of data on business processes
  • Experience providing engineering support to customer support team to resolve any critical customer issues
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing our requirements
  • Experience in Salesforce (Apex, Data Loader, Lightning Components, and Visualforce Admin role, etc.) and Salesforce certifications is a big plus.

  • Ability to work on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors.
  • Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Seek out and embrace relevant perspectives when assessing a situation or making a decision; demonstrate clear understanding of multiple viewpoints
  • Leverage business insights in proposing solutions and facilitating change
  • Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • 1+ years of experience approaching a problem from different angles, analysing pros and cons of different solutions; ability to distil information from different data sources and the capability to tell the "story" behind it, and recommendations for next steps
