Angular Tech Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in Angular (front-end heavy) and working knowledge of .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical decisions, and ensure delivery of high-quality applications in a fast-paced environment. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and architecture decisions.
  • Act as the go-to person for Angular development while supporting backend integration with .NET.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Application Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using Angular (latest versions).
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services built on .NET.
  • Ensure responsive, performant, and secure applications across devices and browsers.
• Architecture & Design
  • Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
  • Optimize application performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Implement reusable components and frameworks for efficiency.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with product managers, QA, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver features on time.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Team Management
  • Manage workload distribution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Provide technical training and upskilling opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years of professional development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in Angular (v17+) with deep knowledge of component-based architecture, RxJS, and state management.
• Working experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework for backend integration.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and project delivery.
