Responsibilities:
The key roles and responsibilities for this position would include the following:
- Responsibilities for projects in the Benchmarking domain: Understand client business priorities and challenges with a view to translate into data driven metrics and analysis.
- Assess Client's business and technology operations (e.g. SLAs and other operational metrics) to compare to best-in-industry operational metrics
- Conduct data analysis, modeling and create visualizations to develop and share recommendations.
- Enhance existing data sets and platforms with new features and data.
- Develop new tools and data sets to support additional areas
- Develop a narrative around data captured to identify key market trends
- Provide benchmarking and financial analysis to Clients based on comparison to industry peers / operationally comparable organizations.
