YOUR NEW ROLE
- Good Presentation skills and able to convey technical details in a business language and vice versa.
- A good team player able to collaborate seamlessly within and outside of the team
- Understand business’ needs and convert business questions into data trends to deep dive and answer the question. Quick learner to be able to understand data and business
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation for portfolio and product analytics.
- Deliver clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Challenge the status quo and ask the right questions
- Manage / work with stakeholders closely to understand the requirements
- Team player
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- At least 2+ years’ experience in data analytics related to financial services, banking or insurance
- Experience in Analytics team or role is must have
- Basic understanding of segmentation / modelling concepts is a plus
- Experience in handling high volumes of data
- Work experience on Databricks /SQL/SAS
- Good to have - R or Python
- High levels of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Excel VBA (added adv.)
- Exposure to AI, aptitude to learn and explore new areas
