Analista Contable I

Investigates and documents business processes, gathers requirements, and translates them into technical specifications. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison among users, developers, QA analysts, and Scrum teams; supports Agile project delivery, UAT, functionality reviews, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. The role also maintains comprehensive project documentation, ensures adherence to organizational standards, protects confidential information, and may perform Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.

Leads global clinical trial site start-up activities across LATAM, from site selection through activation and lifecycle maintenance. Manages regulatory submissions, contracts, investigator budgets, essential documents, timelines, risks, budgets, and client reporting. Coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and ICH GCP, develops SSU strategies, and mentors less experienced Site Activation Managers.

Manages smaller projects from initiation through closeout, including scope, schedules, budgets, status reporting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and risk escalation. Supports senior project managers and the PMO on larger initiatives while applying governance, methodologies, templates, and standards. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, and time-management skills, with opportunities to develop project management expertise through training, certifications, and mentorship.
