Requirements
Short Form Editing
• Edit platform ready videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
• Create high retention hooks, pacing and story moments
• Mix real footage with AI generated scenes, characters or objects
AI and VFX Work
• Use AI platforms like Runway, Pika, Krea, Luma, Kling or VEO
• Integrate AI characters into filmed shots with clean lighting and motion
• Build surreal or cinematic scenes that fit client brand worlds
• Add animation, sound design and transitions when needed
Creative Execution
• Produce UGC style videos and hybrid product videos
• Match tone, color, pacing and emotion across all edits
• Iterate quickly and bring bold ideas to the team
• Adapt to different brand voices across our portfolio
Workflow and Collaboration
• Work with creative directors for revisions and alignment
• Use ClickUp and Slack for tasks and communication
• Deliver on strict timelines while managing multiple projects
• Maintain clean file structures and organised project folders
