AI Solution Consultant

Role Context

The role of BA must be seen in this context. The main job to be performed will be:

• Help CAIDO/AIDO in research while they prepare AI Strategy Roadmap or provide advisory on AI projects
  
• For AI Projects identified by CAIDO: To understand user needs, defining project scope, and translating business challenges into actionable AI and digital transformation projects. To identify business needs, analyze processes, and write down the business requirements.
  
• To work with development team to ensure there are no gaps between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that AI projects align with organizational goals and result in tangible business outcomes.
  

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and document clear and comprehensive requirements for AI and digital transformation projects. Understand business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives.
   
2. Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation through AI and digital technologies.
   
3. AI Solution Scoping: Collaborate with the AI and Digital Transformation Officer and technical teams to define the scope and feasibility of AI projects, considering factors like resource requirements and potential impact.
   
4. Data Analysis: Analyze data sources and data quality to ensure that AI projects have access to reliable and relevant data for model training and decision-making.
   
5. Use Case Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on their potential business value and alignment with organizational goals.
   
6. Change Management: Support change management efforts during AI and digital transformation initiatives, including user training and communication.
   
7. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate UAT activities, ensuring that AI solutions and digital transformations meet business requirements and expectations.
   
8. Project Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, process workflows, and project-related artifacts.
   
9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery.
   
10. Conducting research for CAIDO/AIDO
    

Skill and Experience

1. Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field provides a strong foundation for this role.
   
2. Business Analysis Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst of at least 7 years, working on projects related to AI, digital transformation, or technology initiatives.
   
3. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or domain in which the AI and digital transformation projects will be implemented.
   
4. AI and Digital Transformation Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and digital transformation frameworks.
   
5. Data Literacy: Familiarity with data concepts, data modeling, and data analysis techniques.
   
6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify business needs and recommend suitable AI solutions.
   
7. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
