Primary Responsibilities:
- AI/ML Engineer +Full Stack Engineer+ Kafka Expertise
- Be able to understand the feature requirements from the product and be able to come up with Technical Solutions keeping in mind the Scalability, Extensibility, Security, Cost etc. Come up with a plan break down the feature in workable stories. Work closely with Product & Development team
- Work collaboratively with the team and should be able to help others on technical issues or functional questions they might have
- Be able to own a feature and run through with the team and deliver on agreed upon timelines
- Own the applications technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Actively participate in projects deliverables within the Java Spring Framework, API, Angular, react and Kafka
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures and LLM evaluation frameworks
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure Services like Azure Document Intelligence Service
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT/Math/Statistics/Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of overall experience in in AI/ML engineering or related fields
- Hands on experience on Java, Spring boot, Camunda, Node.js , Next.js, Graphql, Kafka
- Hands on experience on React, Typescript, Familiarity with web components/ Parcel component
- Experience with Snowflake/Big Data for Reporting
- Proven solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (eg, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proven good written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting to all stake holders
- Proven good communicator and can coordinate well with business and other stake holders
- Proven solid in analyzing & providing complete technical solutions for the given problems
