Work across growth, funnel analytics, user research, product QA, competitive market analysis, and ad hoc operational tasks. Own outbound/paid campaigns end-to-end, identify funnel drop-offs, run user interviews, test product releases, and drive fixes and launches.
About HexCoded
HexCoded is an AI video studio: you should be able to make anything you can imagine. We are a very small team in Gurgaon building the tools that are reshaping how video, image and audio get made.
What you'll actually work on
- Growth and GTM. Run outbound and paid experiments end to end — build the list, write the copy, send it, read the numbers, kill what does not work. You will own campaigns, not assist on them.
- The numbers. Own the funnel from signup to first paid render. Find where people fall out, tell us why, and be specific enough that we can go fix it.
- Users. Talk to them — on calls, on chat, in their own words. Bring back what they actually said, not a summary of what we hoped they said.
- Product. Break things before customers do. Test what is about to ship, write the bug that gets fixed, and argue for the change you think matters.
- Market. Know every tool in our space better than its own marketing page does — what it costs, what it does better than us, and where we win.
- Whatever is on fire. Some weeks that is a vendor, a spreadsheet, a hiring pipeline or a launch. This is the honest part of the job.
What you'll bring
- You are already an AI generalist, whether or not you have called it that. You use these tools daily, you know which one to reach for and where each falls over, and you have built something with them that you were not qualified to build. Being able to write a little code with a model’s help goes a long way here — you do not need to be an engineer.
- High agency. You close loops without being chased. Given a half-formed problem and no instructions, you come back with it handled — or with the one question that was actually blocking you.
- Comfort with numbers. Spreadsheets do not scare you, and neither does being wrong in public when the data says so.
- Clear, short writing. Most of your output is words other people act on. Long and vague is worse than short and wrong.
- Speed over polish. You would rather ship ten rough things this week than one perfect thing next month.
- Final-year student or a 2026 graduate. Any degree.
- Apply through this posting — it takes two minutes, and we read every one.
- A CV is fine. But in a line or two, tell us what you have actually built, run or sold, and link it if it is linkable. That is the part we read first.
