What you will do
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of AI-powered automation solutions across business and operational domains.
- Translate customers' business objectives into scalable automation strategies and solution blueprints.
- Design reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and architectural standards.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and automation specialists on architecture best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Customer Units.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution positioning, customer presentations, and executive-level technical discussions.
AI, Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation:
- Design intelligent automation solutions that leverage outputs generated by AI platforms.
- Architect Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and execution within governed enterprise environments.
- Design closed-loop automation solutions that continuously Sense, Analyze, Decide, Act, Validate, and Learn.
- Transform fragmented manual processes into orchestrated digital workflows.
- Design and develop automation solutions that span business applications, OSS/BSS platforms, cloud services, and enterprise systems, while providing hands-on technical contributions when required.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on programming and scripting experience in one or more of the following: Java (preferred), JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Bash, YAML, or REST APIs.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to conduct research, generate practical recommendations, and drive implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of innovation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create clear, maintainable, and reusable technical documentation.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and global teams.
